1. Are your artificial houseplants realistic?
Yes. Our artificial houseplants are designed with high-quality materials and detailed craftsmanship to closely resemble real plants in texture, color, and shape. They are made to look natural in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
2. Do the plants require any maintenance?
No watering, no sunlight, no trimming.
Our artificial plants require zero maintenance. Simply dust them occasionally with a soft cloth or use a gentle air spray to keep them looking fresh.
3. Are the pots included?
Most of our artificial houseplants come with a basic pot included. Product descriptions will clearly indicate whether a decorative pot is included or if the plant is placed in a standard nursery-style base.
4. Can I place them outdoors?
Our artificial houseplants are primarily designed for indoor use.
If placed outdoors, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, or extreme weather may cause fading or damage unless specifically stated as UV-resistant.
5. Are your plants safe for pets and children?
Our artificial plants are made from non-toxic materials. However, they are decorative items and not intended for chewing or ingestion. We recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets who may try to bite or pull on them.
6. How long do artificial plants last?
With proper care and indoor placement, artificial houseplants can last for many years without fading or losing their shape.
7. Do the plants arrive assembled?
Most plants arrive ready to display. In some cases, you may need to gently adjust or shape the leaves after unpacking to achieve a fuller, natural look.
8. Do you ship within Poland?
Yes, we currently ship exclusively within Poland.

9. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery within Poland usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
10. What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
11. Can I return my order?
